I have been sued in Civil court over a car repossession. I have to write a letter to the judge in order to defend myself, or else the judgement will be in default. I really need help in knowing what format to use, and how I need to address the judge.

Write a letter to a judge as you would a formal business letter. This means that you should include your own name and address, the date and the judge's name, position and professional mailing address (as used for the court) before you begin the body of the letter. Use a formal salutation ("Dear") and end with a formal closing ("Sincerely").
You should also leave a space for your signature and type your name below this empty space. All letters should be typed, if possible, and printed on clean white or ivory paper. Delivery should be according to court rules.
How to Address the Judge
Addressing a judge correctly in correspondence requires that you know the type of judge with whom you are corresponding. Circuit and District Judges should have their full titles written out on the envelope:
"His Honour Judge Jones" for a Circuit Judge
"District Judge (Magistrates' Courts) Jones for a District Judge (Magistrates Court)
"District Judge Jones" for a District Judge
This should be copied for the formal name and address of the judge in your letter. However, when addressing any such judges directly in the body of your letter you may simply write "Dear Judge" or "Dear Judge Jones".
Writing a letter to a judge is not something that most people have experience with, so it is probably in your best interest to seek specific help for your letter. Having a solicitor read over your letter could help you feel more confident about it, or you could seek help from a Citizens' Advice Bureau. Also investigate whether or not your particular court offers information on writing such letters. Finding someone who has already submitted such a letter to a judge could make you feel more comfortable and confident in your own letter as well.
As with any letter, make sure that you spell the judge's name correctly and that you spell check and proofread all of your text. Try to use standard vocabulary rather than slang, keep sentences and paragraphs brief and concise and if you are allowed to attach or enclose other documents then refer to these in your letter. Before sending or submitting it, read your letter aloud a few times to make sure that it flows well and contains all of the information you believe to be relevant. Allowing others to read it should help server the same purpose.

Charles is a drug dealer and has over an ounce of meth in his house can you do something about my housing why has hannah conned me out of 300 pound this morning over Charles Court case she works at the job centre I thought she wS going to let me come over for a shower etc.
Why do this to me Charles I've had enough they've been on my bank and different agents on my bank account for 5 years

hello their I great you in the priceless Name of king Jesus , I am Paul and I seem to be in some kind of unfair situation with the passed year , concerning 2 very bad accident s on my 125 cc motorcycle and because of the situation in we’re I remember getting a letter then speaking to a lady who’s said ok I put you down for the corse opposition in stead of points on my license and big massive fine , I went over the Southtown Great Yarmouth speed camera at 40 mph in which yes camera don’t lie but ever since then I suddenly received a letter from police team saying £500.00 fine plus 4 points on my license well this why want to go to court to put to sleep my account on this Asunción that they in these fast changing times well truth is when the virus first came out and was twice hit and very broken arm nearly ribs etc I gave the 999 grace and suffers at home lock down alone in hell and every thing just was a blue plus delayed late and I had no inner web at time and I feel that because I couldn’t send up a flare I had no dependence see s I was like a fish out of water and I feel as one day I hobbled to Lowestoft police station with a few letters and I asked front desk officer if he would like pull a pencil out from behind his ear and write my case number down and send it on but things have changed he said pushing my letter back unto me and said yer I am afraid you have to address this issue on web and I wasn’t very happy about this as I know that everything and everyone ASSUMES that your still able to firstly had web access plus you can move 12 inches to 12 inches well I couldn’t and I have recently been die nosed with HAHD syndrome and well I am now going to get treatment to help me with this thingI all so miss Ed the first appointment as due to crazy lady living in bottom of the stairs she rippedand stole my mail and kept pulling my electric fuse in & out bless here but I am in a place now we’re everything’s changing less is more getting rid of all possession s and all so I intend to do Gods will ! and change the company I keep Christian sanyway I pray this gets though as I am useless at inner web I’ve got a white plastic card we’re I give £5.00 a month HM COURTS & TRIBUNALS ALLPAY 9826164608300310829 MR P TROREY 210050510 ps it’s got a silly word in write bottom of card ( what on god’s blue created world is NONO ?I pray I can come to the hugest court in the land and present my caseps do YPU know how far we are 2021 god bless x p

Building is currently B1 for office use & we want D1 use but the council refuse to give permission because they say if they will give permission then there will be less number of buildings will be available for offices as they know there are more than 150 office place are vacant for a long time in the same area and no tenant is available. We are helping society to educate their children even they are from any religion or community. we already have more than 700 students but the building we had is quite small. our students got excellent result in their exams. They are getting help in all different subjects from year 1 to A-Level studies on after-school & weekends. We are also playing a very important role to give jobs to different people from a cleaner to a an educated person who can be a part of our organisation. currently we are looking for almost 50 employees for our organisation that really support our society as well. parents are supporting us. Parents want to submit a letter to council to tell them how important is this planning permission of new building that is very suitable for education centre for their children. All parent want to sign this letter and want to submit in council's office to review their decision. I need help to write this letter so council can understand our role towards improving the economy & supporting our new genration as well. We are a registered organisation under Ofsted as well.
